Sepapure Resins For Tag-Affinity Chromatography<\/a><\/p>\n

FPLC media based on cross-linked agarose beads with a mean diameter of 100 \u03bcm. The FPLC media is functionalized with NTA ligands for His-Tag and glutathione ligands for GST-Tag purifications.<\/p>\n

Properties<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Sepapure\u00ae Affinity media for recombinantly tagged proteins is designed to be used with most aqueous buffer systems. It is long lasting when correctly handled and compatible with common CIP strategies. All Sepapure\u00ae media is stored in 20 % ethanol upon delivery.<\/p>\n

Technical data<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Agarose beads with typical loading ranges of 1 – 40 mg\/l (Ni-NTA) or 1 – 10 mg\/ml (Glutathione). The maximum operating pressure the Sepapure\u00ae columns should be used at is 3 bar, while the recommended flowrate is 1 CV\/ml.<\/p>\n

Typically used in the first step (\u201ecapture\u201c) of an FPLC purification procedure.<\/p>\n
