MSC gi\u1ea3i ph\u00f3ng c\u00e1c EV nh\u01b0 exosome v\u00e0 microvesicle, l\u00e0m trung gian cho s\u1ef1 giao ti\u1ebfp gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o v\u00e0 ph\u1ea3n \u00e1nh nhi\u1ec1u t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb c\u1ee7a ch\u00ednh MSC. Exosome v\u1eadn chuy\u1ec3n c\u00e1c h\u00e0ng h\u00f3a ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng nh\u01b0 c\u00e1c ph\u00e2n t\u1eed miRNA v\u00e0 mRNA, peptide, protein, cytokine v\u00e0 lipid t\u1eeb MSC \u0111\u1ebfn c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o nh\u1eadn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Theo \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh ho\u1eb7c qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh sinh t\u1ed5ng h\u1ee3p, EV th\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c chia th\u00e0nh ba ph\u00e2n nh\u00f3m ch\u00ednh, t\u1ee9c l\u00e0 exosome, microvesicle v\u00e0 th\u1ec3 apoptosis. Th\u1ee9 hai, exosome c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng th\u1ea9m th\u1ea5u t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n \u0111\u1ec3 v\u01b0\u1ee3t qua c\u00e1c h\u00e0ng r\u00e0o sinh h\u1ecdc, ch\u1eb3ng h\u1ea1n nh\u01b0 h\u00e0ng r\u00e0o m\u00e1u n\u00e3o v\u00e0 tr\u00e1nh b\u1ecb m\u1eafc k\u1eb9t trong c\u00e1c c\u01a1 quan ho\u1eb7c m\u00f4. Ngo\u00e0i ra, m\u00e0ng k\u00e9p lipid c\u1ee7a ch\u00fang c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh sinh h\u1ecdc c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c ph\u00e2n t\u1eed b\u00ean trong trong m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng sinh l\u00fd ph\u1ee9c t\u1ea1p.
