Ch\u00fang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c bao b\u1ecdc b\u1edfi m\u1ed9t l\u1edbp m\u00e0ng \u0111\u00f4i phospholipid b\u1ec1n v\u1eefng v\u00e0 \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t l\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng t\u1ef1 nh\u00e2n \u0111\u00f4i nh\u01b0 t\u1ebf b\u00e0o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MSC-EVs ch\u00ednh l\u00e0 c\u00e1c t\u00fai ngo\u1ea1i b\u00e0o c\u00f3 ngu\u1ed3n g\u1ed1c t\u1eeb T\u1ebf b\u00e0o g\u1ed1c trung m\u00f4 (MSCs). Ch\u00fang \u0111\u00f3ng vai tr\u00f2 v\u1eadn chuy\u1ec3n c\u00e1c t\u00edn hi\u1ec7u sinh h\u1ecdc (protein, lipid, RNA) \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111i\u1ec1u ph\u1ed1i ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng gi\u1eefa c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o v\u00e0 h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EVs c\u00f3 d\u1ea3i k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc kh\u00e1 r\u1ed9ng, dao \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1eeb kho\u1ea3ng 30 nm \u0111\u1ebfn v\u00e0i tr\u0103m nanomet. Tuy nhi\u00ean, trong nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u v\u00e0 \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng l\u00e2m s\u00e0ng hi\u1ec7n nay, t\u00e2m \u0111i\u1ec3m ch\u00fa \u00fd \u0111\u1ed5 d\u1ed3n v\u00e0o nh\u00f3m EVs k\u00edch
