Khi th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n \u0111\u1ebfm t\u1ed5ng s\u1ed1 t\u1ebf b\u00e0o c\u00f3 nh\u00e2n, n\u00ean s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng 3% Axit axetic v\u1edbi Methylene Blue. Axit axetic \u0111i xuy\u00ean qua m\u00e0ng t\u1ebf b\u00e0o v\u00e0 m\u00e0u xanh metylen nhu\u1ed9m c\u00e1c nh\u00e2n c\u1ee7a t\u1ebf b\u00e0o khi ti\u1ebfp x\u00fac. V\u00ec c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o h\u1ed3ng c\u1ea7u tr\u01b0\u1edfng th\u00e0nh kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 nh\u00e2n n\u00ean ch\u00fang b\u1ecb lo\u1ea1i ra khi \u0111\u1ebfm. Ngo\u00e0i ra, Trypan Blue \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c khuy\u00ean d\u00f9ng \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ebfm c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o s\u1ed1ng c\u1ee7a \u0111\u1ed9ng v\u1eadt c\u00f3 v\u00fa. Trypan Blue xuy\u00ean qua m\u00e0ng t\u1ebf b\u00e0o, do \u0111\u00f3 n\u00f3 x\u00e2m nh\u1eadp v\u00e0o t\u1ebf b\u00e0o ch\u1ea5t c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o c\u00f3 m\u00e0ng b\u1ecb t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng (t\u1ebf b\u00e0o ch\u1ebft) \u0111\u1ec3 nhu\u1ed9m ch\u00fang th\u00e0nh m\u00e0u xanh lam.
