CellCor™ EXO CD là môi trường nuôi cấy serum-free, chemically defined tối ưu hóa thu nhận exosome/EVs từ hMSC. Công thức sản xuất không nguồn gốc người/động vật giúp giảm tạp protein từ huyết thanh, cải thiện tỷ lệ protein/particle và tính lặp lại. Mỗi lô được QC: mycoplasma, vô trùng, endotoxin, particle count. Quy trình linh hoạt: Media Change, Seeding hoặc Thawing với EXO CD; thu CM ở 85–90% confluent và có thể thay mới sau 24–48 giờ để tăng thu hồi. Tương thích phân lập Exosome bằng Exodus/ lọc TFF và các phép thử chức năng (wound healing, angiogenesis), phù hợp R&D–QC–pilot.

CellCor™ EXO CD is a serum-free, chemically defined culture medium purpose-built to enrich and collect exosomes/EVs from hMSC. Its xeno-free formulation lowers serum-derived protein background, improving protein-to-particle ratios and reproducibility. Each lot is QC-tested for mycoplasma, sterility, endotoxin, and particle count. Choose flexible workflows – Media Change, Seeding, or Thawing with EXO CD – then harvest conditioned medium at 85–90% confluence; an optional 24–48 h medium refresh boosts yield. Compatible with TFF/UF concentration and functional assays (wound-healing, angiogenesis), CellCor™ EXO CD supports R&D, QC, and pre-manufacturing environments.
