Description
The NuAire In-VitroCell® NU-5731 is a 160 L direct-heat CO₂ incubator with integrated O₂ control from 0.5–21% for hypoxia studies. A closed-loop HEPA system maintains ISO Class 5–like conditions, while NDIR CO₂ and zirconia O₂ sensors deliver precise, fast recovery control. The NuTouch™ interface enables setup, event logs, and remote alarms; USB/RS-485/4–20 mA ports support continuous monitoring. Optional Gas-Tight Sectioned Inner Doors and CuVerro® copper interiors minimize contamination and simplify cleaning. Dual 145 °C/95 °C sterilization cycles support safe, consistent operation aligned with cGMP workflows.
