Description
TurboQ Real-time PCR System delivers reliable routine and multiplex qPCR with four optical channels and CCD imaging of the entire plate in a single read, ensuring time-synchronized, consistent data. The instrument offers ±0.25 °C accuracy and ±0.5 °C uniformity, plus a 60–99 °C gradient (up to 25 °C span) for fast, precise optimization. A motorized 96-well block (compatible with 0.2 mL tubes/strips and non/semi/full-skirted plates) handles 10–100 µL reaction volumes and is automation-ready via the motorized tray.
The all-in-one analysis software includes Absolute/Relative Quantitation, Allelic Discrimination, and Melting Curve—no add-on modules required. Typical uses span gene expression & quantification, pathogen/SNP multiplex detection, primer/probe verification, and method/QC workflows in R&D and molecular production.
