Exosomes Derived from Mesenchymal Stem Cells: A Modern Approach in Translational Medicine

MSCs release EVs such as exosomes and microvesicles, which mediate cell-to-cell communication and reflect many of the therapeutic effects of MSCs themselves. Compared with cell-based treatments, EVs may be a more feasible and realistic approach.
