cfDNA samples contain a rich source of biological information (biomarkers); however, their analysis remains highly challenging. To achieve reliable next-generation sequencing (NGS) results, accurate quantification tools and stringent quality control systems are essential.

The EzCube fluorometer has become a key instrument in low-concentration cfDNA research, thanks to its picogram-level detection sensitivity and superior specificity.

When combined with the EzDrop microvolume spectrophotometer, users can rapidly assess sample purity and total concentration, forming a comprehensive solution for cfDNA sample quality control.
